Duty Officers and Supervisors training program

The Supervisory Management Certificate. ISRM Certified qualifications leading to associate membership of ISRM and delivering underpinning knowledge for NVQ level 3. Assessment by work related assignment agreed with management. The qualification is delivered in four 3-day modules; exemptions are available for module two, three and four.
