Personal Commitment
Far from being an easy option, the culmination of the programme is two searching examinations and a practical workplace project. Individual candidates will be expected to spend a considerable amount of study time away from the course in order to have a reasonable chance of success. A range of subjects is covered which include managing safety, policy, risk assessment, workplace precautions and risk control systems.

Top Lodge Leisure adds value to this programme by providing each candidate with e- mail feedback following mock examinations which follow at the end of each subject area taught. Telephone tutor support is also provided.

Course information
The open courses are based in a sports centre in the east midlands and taught by sports professionals who are also jointly qualified as health and safety professionals. The course is delivered in four three-day modules and assessed over a fifth three day module. Course fees include all examination fees and refreshments but does not include accommodation.

Top Lodge Leisure is currently the only leisure based company to be licensed to deliver the NEBOSH General Certificate. Courses can be delivered on an in-house basis for six or more candidates at any time or location in the UK. The exam dates can be arranged for your convenience for a slight price premium.
